Shipping policy

We offer free shipping within the US on all orders over $99! For orders under $99, a calculated shipping fee will be applied at checkout. You can expect this fee to be between $10 and $25.

We strive to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible, typically within 2 business days of confirmation. Please note that we manage both online and in-store sales, so occasionally an item may be out of stock even if it's available on our website. We will notify you promptly of any changes to your order status.

Once your order ships, you can expect delivery within 2-7 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your shipping label is created so you can follow your package's journey.

Refused Delivery or Missing Delivery

We prepare shipment as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 business days. If you would like to cancel the order, please contact us before shipment. We don't issue full refund if the package is attempted delivery but refused by customers.

If you refuse your package and the package is shipped back to us. The original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. This includes orders with "free shipping", as we still incur costs to ship your order.

If your order doesn't arrive or you miss the delivery, please contact us right away. We'll issue a full refund or replacement if the issue is caused by us or the delivery company. However, if the delivery was unsuccessful because you were unavailable or delayed pickup, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
